As the Unique Garden is incorporated into nature, the architectural symphony unites form and space, material and colors in an effort to encourage pleasant interactions between people. Every cabin is a real country home.
Architect
The history of the hotel, the architectural geniality of Ruy Ohtake, and his close relationship with the Siaulys family are all mentioned when discussing the Unique Garden's architectural concept, which means Ruy Ohtake's largest collection of built works is gathered here, as he accepted the challenge of working with the more than 300,000 m² of area of the old ranch to transform it into what it is today: a unique luxury refuge in Brazil.
Every cabin offers a particular conceptual approach and extends an invitation to take part in an exclusive hosting experience. With their strategic positioning in relation to the landscape, they became exclusive country homes with Ruy Ohtake's renowned contemporary artistic creative style.
However, it wasn't enough to just fill the vast area with luxurious cabins; every one of them needed a distinct identity to enhance the developers' sensitive purposes. This is how works such as the Ohtake Garden, the Jano Portal, and the Fountain of Youth came to be. These magnificent settings connect with the cabins, restaurants, spa and other galleries that Ruy created, all of which draw influence from the family's repertoire.
Here, we can purify our bodies and souls since we are always discovering new feelings of enlightenment and enchantment in this vast garden.

Located on the outskirts of the Cantareira State Park and amidst rich native vegetation, the Unique Garden has been intrinsically linked to nature since its founding, as a ranch owned by the Siaulys family. One can see the significance of the importance of landscaping that speaks to guests' souls and the preserved forest from the hotel's creator's message. Using a contemporary and avant-garde aesthetic, the landscaping team's goal was to create a project that fully embodied the hotel's creative concept by linking the various elements together with sensory-engaging gardens and natural settings that take guests to a dreamlike state of plenitude. This is the fertile ground where landscape architects like Abudd Munir and the newest generation from the Burle Marx office have left their marks, creating delicate settings that nurture Siaulys' words.
Every aspect of Unique Garden is infused with creativity, from the installations in the middle of the garden to the furniture and other items that adorn the rooms. Sensitive stimuli that make subtle transformations emerge from each interlocutor's soul.
The flowers color the vast green while giving out a lovely scent. A work of art that honors the seasons and the delicate nature of the plant. The flowers are protected in greenhouses throughout the winter, just waiting for the right moment to brighten up the gardens.
The scent of lavenders surrounds the walkways encircling the hotel. A garden of unmatched beauty is created from seedlings that were imported from Europe and grown for the first time in Brazil.
