We at Unique Garden love animals, and here your pet is also our guest.

We welcome pets of all sizes in all cabin categories, with the exception of the Oriental Cabin and cabins 101 to 110 in the Mediterranean Villa.
A flat rate of R$ 400 per pet applies.

Our pet accommodation policy is focused on dogs.

If you wish to bring another type of pet during your stay, please contact our team. We do not accept birds.

Our cottages do not have protective nets, so we recommend that you address any security concerns before traveling with your pet.

For greater comfort, your pet will stay in your cottage. We offer items such as a pet bed, food bowl and water dispenser, which can be used during their stay and also bought, if desired. For information, please contact the Reception Desk.

We accept pets older than six months that are up to date with vaccines and that are friendly to people and other animals. We do not permit the stay of sick animals and we do not recommend bringing female dogs that are in their reproductive cycle or pregnant.

We care for the health of your pet, that is why it is mandatory that he/she is up to date with vaccines (V10 or V8 and rabies vaccine). We recommend worm treatment and preventive control of fleas and ticks. The hotel reserves the right to request vaccination proof.

You will be responsible for the pets as they move around the hotel, and the use of a collar or guide harness is mandatory.

Pursuant to Law 11531/03, the use of a muzzle, collar and guide harness is mandatory for the following breeds: Pitbull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Bull Terrier, Neapolitan Mastiff, German Shepherd, Fila, Dobermann, or any variations of these breeds.

Pets are allowed on the outside of the Kitanda and Chez Victor restaurants (balcony), where they can stay during meals with their harnesses tied to the hooks available at these locations.

Places where pets are not allowed: inside the Kitanda and Chez Victor restaurants, Relais Jardin restaurant, Pandora Spa, Fitness Garden, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Conservation Reserve area, I Found a Friend areas, greenhouses and Ohtake Garden.

You will be responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of the pet’s waste.

The hotel is not responsible for any inconveniences with the pet due to the contact with insects and/or poisonous animals that may exist in the open spaces and gardens, as well as any injuries or illnesses that may arise from the contact with other animals or any other causes.

In certain times during your stay, our team will perform services the cottage.

We kindly ask you to let us know about any peculiar behaviors of your pet.

We advise you to bring the food that your pet is used to eating for the length of your stay.

Inappropriate behavior and/or illnesses that may put the health of guests and employees, as well as of other animals at risk will result in the immediate loss of the animal’s right to remain in the premises, with no refund of the amount paid for their accommodation. It is the owner’s responsibility to calm down, ensure the good behavior and keep control of their pets, preventing them from disturbing or attacking other guests and wild animals that live in the hotel.

In case of any inconvenience caused by your pet that requires heavy washing or cleaning, a minimum fee of R$ 800 or the value of the damaged object will be charged, without prejudice to the payment of the flat rate for the accommodation of each animal.
